Thank you for visiting our website. You will find information here that may peak your interest in joining this very worthwhile organization – the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. We contribute our boats and planes for sea and air patrols, check recreational and commercial fishing vessels for proper safety equipment, conduct public education courses on boating techniques, safety and how to navigate on water, stand watch at Coast Guard stations, check on the condition and proper functioning of navigational aides in our waterways, assist marine dealers and marinas with safety and environmental protection issues, and much, much more. We provide administrative, accounting, legal, medical and dental skills to assist the Coast Guard, we help after hurricanes and other disasters, and we assist with Homeland Security. What do we get in return? We develop increased pride in the U.S.A. and our community, receive personal satisfaction on the results of our efforts, are recognized by the Coast Guard for our accomplishments, benefit from free training, acquire new and improved skills, get experience in different activities, and have the enjoyment of forming new friendships. What more could you ask? Well, we also enjoy wearing the uniform, having access to the Coast Guard Exchange, shopping online with a myriad of nationally-known vendors who offer us discounts, and obtain discounts from many local establishments. If you have available time and are searching for a productive and worthwhile use of your knowledge, experience and skills, go to Come Join Us on the Home Page of this site. We would welcome the opportunity to talk with you personally about serving with us.
